Main job responsibilities Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
Additional administrative responsibilities.
Operate an internet based phone system.
Handle multiple lines.
Qualifications Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Superior customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
