We are an Interventional Pain Management office specializing in the the treatment of Osteoarthritis, Spinal Pain and Regenerative Medicine.
We are looking for a bilingual-Spanish fluent, high energy Medical Assistant to assist our Nurse Practitioner with patient history charting, vitals and brace (Orthotic) fitting.
We offer on the job training however being a certified Medical Assistant / being BLS certified is a plus.
Must posses great communication skills, works well with others and enjoys working with patients.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting/Checking Patients In/Out Rooming Patients/Taking Patient Vitals/Patient History Scanning/Filing Charts into EMR System Fit Patients for Knee/back/hip Braces Confirming Patient Appointments Assist Physicians in procedures occasionally Required Skills:
Communication Skills Detail Oriented Team Player Communication Conflict Resolution Customer Service Skills Bilingual - Spanish speaking Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM with an hour break from 12-1 (Weekend availability as needed).
