Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring a neat and organized work environment.

Communication:

Data Management:
Organize and manage critical company documents, records, and data, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

Project Coordination:

Event Coordination:

Receptionist Duties:

Requirements:

Proven
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Savviness:
