Day-to-Day Duties Light construction work.
Monitors and reports any facility needs/repairs.
Must be able to Climb ladders.
Must be able to use a measuring tape.
Must be able to move heavy objects such as furniture and desk.
Must be able to patch holes.
Clean parking lot as needed.
Must be able to patch sheet rock as needed.
Must be able to change ceiling tiles.
Takes immediate action to correct all damage issues.
Coordinates with Director of Building Operations on staying after hours if a contractor is staying late to complete work.
Must be able to wash cars as asked.
Assign additional tasks as needed.
Benefits Minimum base $20-25 hourly.
