Responsibilities Ensure clients have an exceptional customer service experience Engage with clients to fill the schedule for the different providers Greet clients/check-in/check-out/schedule Answer phone and text messages with excellent etiquette and communication skills Verify insurance and collect copays/other payments Use electronic health records and other software programs Communicate with insurance companies and lawyers Verify all paperwork is ready and complete for client appointments Assist with cleaning, trash, and other general office duties Requirements 1-year experience in a medical setting as a receptionist/front desk/office administrator or similar (a bachelor's degree can substitute for experience) Outgoing personality, great interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to multitask while providing excellent customer service to our patients Strong organization skills and very detail oriented Looking for a long-term position NO health insurance benefits offered Job Type:
